If you are shopping in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, or Australia most items are printed by 3rd-party printers that are located within the same country as the recipient and are therefore not subject to customs charges.
For orders with tracking, your tracking number is sent to you via email as soon as the label is created by the 3rd-party printer and the information is shared with the shipping carrier. In most cases, your order is picked up and the tracking becomes live within a day, but carrier limitations might cause delays in orders beginning to ship, so there may be a delay in the tracking becoming live. Rest assured though that your order is on the way and will be with you soon!

Although you pay a little more for Express shipping, it will ensure that your order arrives much more quickly if you’re pressed for time.
Unfortunately, gift wrapping is currently not available.
In most cases, the only invoice provided is the confirmation email you receive after ordering. However, for some international shipments, it is required that an invoice is attached to the parcel for customs.
